The Journal of Native India & Diversity Studies (PISSN: 3048-8710) is a premier, peer-reviewed scholarly publication dedicated to promoting the understanding and preservation of indigenous cultures and the vast diversity within India. Published by the Academy of Social Sciences, the journal is supported by an esteemed editorial board that includes former vice chancellors and senior professors from prestigious institutions. Our journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, and policymakers to engage with pressing issues related to India's indigenous communities, advocating for their rights and ensuring their cultural and historical contributions are recognized.

Aim

The aim of the Journal of Native India & Diversity Studies is to foster and disseminate knowledge about the various indigenous communities of India while promoting cultural preservation and social justice. We seek to address the ongoing challenges faced by indigenous populations, advocate for their rights, and highlight their significant contributions to India's diversity.

Scope

The Journal of Native India & Diversity Studies is a multidisciplinary journal which covers a broad spectrum of topics related to indigenous studies and diversity. Our journal invites submissions that explore:

Indigenous Cultures and Traditions: Studies on the history, customs, and traditions of India’s indigenous communities.

Social and Cultural Diversity: Research on the dynamics of cultural diversity and social inclusion, focusing on caste, ethnicity, language, and regional identities.

Anthropological and Sociological Perspectives: Examination of indigenous livelihoods, community structures, and the socio-economic conditions of marginalized groups.

Linguistics: Preservation and study of indigenous languages, dialects, and oral traditions.

Environmental and Sustainable Development: Insights into the role of indigenous knowledge in environmental conservation, sustainability, and natural resource management.

Rights and Social Justice: Discussions surrounding indigenous rights, land use, health, education, and political representation.

History and Heritage: Investigations into historical encounters, colonial legacies, and the protection of indigenous cultural heritage
